I'd add: stick to established clubs and events in Las Vegas when you're starting out. Avoid random house parties from people you just met online. The legitimate Las Vegas lifestyle community is self-policing — problematic people get banned quickly. Also, get tested regularly (every 3-6 months) and be upfront about your status.
