I keep hearing about PlayhouseLV as the most exclusive lifestyle club in Vegas but their website is vague. How does the application work? What are they looking for? Has anyone actually been?

PlayhouseLV is intentionally exclusive and that's the whole point. The application process: you submit photos (face and full body), fill out a questionnaire about your lifestyle experience and what you're looking for, and then a members' board reviews your application. They're looking for attractive, socially skilled couples who will add to the experience. The acceptance rate isn't published but it's definitely selective. Once you're in, the events are incredible — they host 150+ events per year at a nondescript commercial building near the Strip. The crowd is consistently attractive, the events are well-produced, and the ratio is always balanced. Is it worth the effort? If you get in, absolutely. The quality of every event is head and shoulders above the open-door clubs.

We applied and got in after about 10 days. Good photos and a genuine, detailed application seemed to be key. The events are everything the hype says — small (maybe 40-80 people), curated, and the play tends to happen organically because everyone there is already vetted and comfortable. It's the closest thing to a perfect lifestyle event we've experienced.
